The ride to work was slow in a few places, but work has been good. Time goes by quickly when you keep busy.

I’m looking forward to a nice evening home with Cathy.

Sasha and I had a good walk this morning, and she continued to stay more connected to me, as she had last night at Rally practice. http://www.endomondo.com/workouts/291357411/12933999

I had a nice talk with Cathy while we prepared and ate breakfast. I feel much more connected and relaxed than last even last night after we talked. I feel good, and look forward to today, and to tonight, when we go to IHOP with friends for dinner.

The ride to work had some slowdowns, but not as bad as it has been, for which I’m very grateful.

Work was good, but the ride home was a little slow in places.

IHOP was fun, and we made a great little project that Judy set up for us. We also shared and visited while we ate dinner.

I had a nice, long walk with Sasha this morning and she did very well staying with me and not reacting badly to a couple different cars in the neighborhood. http://www.endomondo.com/workouts/291039332/12933999

The ride to work was not terrible, though there were a couple areas traffic slowed to a crawl for no discernible reason. Work is humming along, and I’m not coughing very much at all, so that’s good for everyone.

The ride home from the Dr. was pleasant and helped me relax some after the work we did.

After dinner and some TV with Cathy, Sasha and I went off to Rally practice, where she did very well.  We worked on a heeling technique that is amazing. I just walked around with her in heel position, and every time she looked at me to check in, I gave her a treat. The frequency rapidly increased to the point where, at the end of about 10 minutes, she was constantly looking up at me. Thank you Steve, for that tip!

I feel…

… mainly content and unafraid at the moment.

I used some Psych-K techniques to relax and balance, which has helped a great deal.

I did some searching on the internet for defending others and yourself, looking for some additional insights into the habit of defending others, and being defensive.
